Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Manuscript Submission:

Prepare the manuscript in English using MS Word. Font size for all text should be 12, Arial. Page size should be A4. The title should be in boldface. The subtitle should be in boldface lower case. Standard International Units should be used. All pages should be numbered. The manuscript should be started from the title page and the content should be arranged as Title, Abstract, Introduction, Materials & Method, Results & Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement, References. The manuscript can be submitted through the submission link available on the website. 

Title:

The title must be as brief as possible, comprehensive, descriptive. Each author must provide their full name including forename & surname followed by their address. The corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk and should be listed first. In addition, the corresponding author must include phone/fax no, an email address at the bottom left corner of the title page. If any of the co-authors are from different organizations, their address too should be mentioned and indicated by numbers after their names.

Abstract:

The abstract should start after the title and should present the reason for the study, main findings, principal conclusion. It should not be more than 300 words. Keywords: The author should include 3-6 keywords after the Abstract.

Introduction:

It should be after Abstract. It will introduce the topic. Give information on the objective of the investigation/work.

Materials & Method:
Give clear information about materials & methods used for the study.

Results & Discussion:
The results should be precise with discussion. 

Conclusion:
Based on the result observed, write a conclusion.

Acknowledgement:
All acknowledgements should be written in one paragraph after the conclusion.

References:
Reference to the literature, regardless of their nature, should be numbered in ordered of appearance in the manuscript and cited in the text with superscript numbers.

Review Article:
For review articles, subtitles can be customized. A review article should provide a synthetic and critical analysis of a relevant area and should not merely be a chronological description of the literature.

Conceptual Article:
A conceptual article is the presentation of ideas, theories & views. In a conceptual article, subtitles can be customized.

Fees for Authors:
For Bangladeshi Authors: BDT 5500 (Bkash or Bank Transfer)

For Indian Authors: INR 5000 (Payoneer link for Visa/Master Card payment or Bank Transfer)

For International Authors: USD 100 (Payoneer link for Visa/Master Card payment or Bank Transfer)

The author needs to pay the publication cost after acceptance of the article.
